External ant treatment is applied to the building’s lower external walls, garden beds and foliage within one metre of the building.

External ant treatment, including funnel ants, is applied to garden beds and lawns surrounding the building, covering up to 600 m².

A suitable pesticide is applied to affected internal areas of the building to manage and eradicate internal ant activity.

Eradicate an arboreal termite nest by direct physical or chemical means, in accordance with AS 3660.2

A suitable pesticide is applied to affected timber areas of the building to manage and eradicate the carpenter ant nest.

A chemical treated zone is installed around the external perimeter of the structure by applying a termiticide at the prescribed rate and in accordance with the approved label. This forms a horizontal, and where required vertical, chemically treated zone in accordance with AS 3660.1.

A suitable pesticide is applied to lower internal walls and skirting, roof voids, kitchen and bathroom cupboards, and external weep holes to manage and eliminate cockroach activity. This treatment includes Australian, American and Smoky brown cockroaches; German cockroaches are excluded.

A suitable flea treatment, including an insect growth regulator, is applied to lower internal walls, skirting and all internal floor areas, including carpet, tiles, vinyl and concrete, to manage adult fleas and disrupt the breeding life cycle.

Appropriate pesticides are applied to key internal and external areas to treat internal ants, cockroaches, webbing spiders and silverfish. Treatment areas include lower internal walls and skirting, corner cornices, roof voids, kitchen and bathroom cupboards, external lower walls, weep holes, windows, doors, eaves, gutters, garden beds and foliage within one metre of the building. German cockroaches are excluded.

A termite inspection is carried out in accordance with the AEPMA Industry Code of Best Practice for Termite Management and AS 3660.2:2017 Termite Management Part 2: In and around existing buildings and structures.

A PDF termite inspection report will be emailed after the inspection.

A suitable mosquito treatment is applied to foliage surrounding the building, covering up to 600 m².

A suitable cockroach and silverfish treatment is applied to lower internal walls and skirting.

Appropriate pesticides for the treatment of cockroaches, silverfish and fleas, including an insect growth regulator, are applied to the lower internal walls and skirting and all internal floor areas including carpet, tiles, vinyl and concreted to manage and eliminate adult fleas and control the breeding life cycle.

Install a collar to a slab-penetrating pipe or service in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.1.

Install a physical termite barrier to a discontinuity in the slab such as a key joint or where separate slabs align, in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.1.

Install a continuous flexible chemical barrier in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.1, where a chemical or physical barrier has not been applied prior to pouring concrete.

Install a physical termite management system to a penetration that cannot be visually inspected in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.1.

Install a termite sheet material to prevent concealed termite access to subfloor structures such as piers, posts, stumps and walls, in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.1.

Rodent activity is investigated, and a lockable bait station is appropriately baited, installed, and secured in the active area.

Up to 12 installed rodent stations are inspected, assessed, and rebaited as required.

Attend the property, locate any dead rodents, and remove them.

A suitable silverfish treatment is applied to lower internal walls and skirting, the roof void and external weep holes.

A special-purpose termite inspection is carried out in the limited area of concern, based on the Regular Visual Termite Inspection Report findings or an ongoing termite treatment, to determine whether termite activity, workings or damage are present and provide further recommendations.

A suitable webbing spider treatment is applied to lower internal walls and skirting, corner cornices, the roof void, windows, doors, eaves, gutters, weep holes, garden beds and foliage within one metre of the building. Ground-dwelling spiders are excluded.

Install a termite baiting system to manage or eradicate an existing termite colony and to monitor for future termite activity, in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.2

Eradicate an existing termite colony by direct or indirect chemical means, in accordance with AS 3660.2

A termite inspection is carried out in accordance with the AEPMA Industry Code of Best Practice for Termite Management and AS 3660.2:2017 Termite Management Part 2: In and around existing buildings and structures.

A termite reticulation system is installed around the structure’s external perimeter as part of a chemical termite barrier installation.

A chemically treated zone is installed around the external perimeter of the structure by applying the specified volume of termiticide to each fill point at the prescribed pressure specified by the reticulation system manufacturer and in accordance with the approved label and AS 3660.1.
